**Per industry standard, offers placed in the portal are good for one (1) rolling year, unless otherwise specified. The offer placed shall remain available for the State to take at any point within that timeframe.

**Per industry standards, SRA templates are non-negotiable and may not be redlined. We encourage manufacturers to read the SRA template during bid placement and bring any concerns to the MedImpact team.
